Please do not include sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records — in project descriptions or uploaded files. We do not need that information to quote your project.

4. Anti-Spam Protection

Our contact and quote forms may use anti-spam tools (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) to block automated submissions and protect our systems. These tools may process technical information about your browser or device to distinguish between human users and automated bots. This processing is necessary for the security and functionality of our forms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your quote request and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project relationship. If you request that we delete your information, we will do so promptly, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

We may use service providers to help operate our website and process form submissions — for example, our website hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages) and email delivery services. These providers are contractually obligated to process your information only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and performance. This privacy-focused analytics service does not use cookies to track visitors across websites and is not used for advertising or behavioral profiling. Information is reviewed in aggregated form to help us improve the website.
